Wedding in a Tuscan Castle [Il Palagio]

This one of my best days as a wedding photographer, not because of the pictures themselves but more about the emotions I had shooting this wedding.

I was coming from a big big wedding (300 guests) that is not really my cup of tea, I do prefer smaller weddings filled with true emotions and this was ones I felt the most. I have no problem admitting that, right after the ceremony, I spent 10 minutes crying in the tower since I was sincerely moved by the love of this couple and their family.

It has been a true honor being a witness of that love and, even if they have no clue about it, I must thank this couple for bringing back such emotions to me, I needed them.

all the wedding day was spent in the castle, from getting ready in an old room to the ceremony in the beautiful garden and the dinner was romantically arranged in the castle’s court.

How can you regret leaving a “normal” (and very well paid) job when you get to spend days like this?
