While I’m getting ready for the first wedding of the year (I will be backing up my colleague Silvia for a wonderful Indian wedding in the next 3 days)

I just want to show you a simple portrait I shot more than a year ago.

Francesca is the sister of one of “my” 2015’s bride and I think I had “the birth of Venus” from Botticelli in mind when I shot this picture.

Classical art is one of my main influence, I’m not following any wedding photographers, particular style or stuff like that.

I still prefer opening my art books or getting lost in one of the wonderful museum in Florence since I’ve been so lucky to be born here!
