Engagement in Florence A.K.A. Love, Laughters and Elegance in Boboli Garden

I know, I know.

Any photographer use to say “ooooooh I had so much fuuuun” “I love these 2” “so coooool” for any photoshoot. I get it. that’s marketing, that’s being polite.

But I REALLY had a blast shooting with Nicole & Keith from Florida, I REALLY felt in love with their love (yeah I sound cheesy, I know it), I REALLY think we did something cool this saturday.

Let’s go back in time a little bit.

Nicole and her husband to be Keith contacted me in 2016 since they wanted me to shoot their wedding, I was really excited about it since they are a cool couple and they will get married in a nice location which is new to me (anytime I shoot in a new location I feel like a child in front of a christmas present) .

We agreed to have an engagement shooting once they would have come back to Italy before the wedding and we planned to do it in Boboli Garden, a location that I kept for a special occasion like this.

We met at their hotel near Ponte Vecchio and we had a nice walk up to Palazzo Pitti, where we had the chance to shoot some pictures to “warm up”. Then we entered in Boboli Garden, one of the most beautiful place in Italy and my childhood’s playground.

Nicole and Keith where really a pleasure to work with. Their elegance, Nicole’s ability to walk and climb in high heels like she had trekking shoes and their being in love was so beautiful that people started watching them while they were passing by (did you guys noticed it ?)

We had fun, we talked, we took pictures, we laughed and we had the chance to see Florence from above with a really nice weather. That’s something that can turn a good day in a special one.

I won’t bore you with other words, I will just show you the pictures I like the most and stay tuned since I’m sure their wedding will be one of the finest ever.

ciao, Matteo.
